With complete transparency, I almost didn’t share this wedding. I am SO sad that it’s over and sharing it just means one more chapter closed! You know the type of wedding, I’m sure. The one that you’ve been waiting for. The one your clients have been planning for over a year. The client’s you shared the proposal with, and got to walk hand in hand with for so long! These are the clients that make our jobs SO fun, because they’re invested in each of their vendors and they really do care. Not just that, but they really are the type of clients who attract people to them. Emma & Mike are magnetic. They are energetic and full of life. They love others so well.
If only you could hear the speeches that were given on the Rehearsal Dinner night and on their wedding day. All of their friends used phrases like, “Emma & Mike are always there for me,” and “Emma & Mike challenge each other in ways we didn’t think anyone could ever challenge them,” and “we didn’t think anyone was missing from our lives until we met each other.”
A relationship that began at the Senior Prom an entire decade ago has evolved into what we got to publicly witness in St. Michael’s at the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum. Although, we know for sure that so much of what has happened behind the scenes has been the larger portion of the iceberg that was their love story; deep, wide, continuing, and awesome. Mike & Emma, thank you for letting us be a part of your journey from beginning to the next beginning. You are one a kind.
